Fred Roggin Leaving KNBC-TV/Los Angeles After 42 Years, Will Continue Hosting On KLAC-A (AM 570 LA Sports)

iHEARTMEDIA Sports KLAC-A (AM 570 LA SPORTS)/LOS ANGELES midday "ROGGIN AND RODNEY" co-host FRED ROGGIN's over-42 year run as Sports Anchor for NBC O&O KNBC-TV (NBC 4)/LOS ANGELES will come to an end on THURSDAY (1/26).
ROGGIN joined the TV station in 1980 and earned more than 35 L.A. EMMY Awards, 30 GOLDEN MIKE Awards, five ASSOCIATED PRESS Awards and numerous L.A. PRESS CLUB Awards, and hosted a syndicated TV show, "ROGGIN'S HEROES." He will continue to host his radio show alongside former NFL quarterback RODNEY PEETE.
ROGGIN told the LOS ANGELES TIMES, “I realized dreams I didn’t know I had. I’ve been the luckiest and most blessed guy in the world.”
