KRKO/Everett, WA Revives Its Crocodile Mascot

KROKO the crocodile is back at S-R BROADCASTING Classic Hits-Oldies KRKO-A-K237GN/EVERETT, WA as part of the station's 100th anniversary celebration. The mascot was associated with the station in the 1950s, when the station was known as "KROKO DIAL 1380."

“We are excited to bring back KROKO the crocodile as a fun and entertaining ambassador for EVERETT’s hometown radio station,” said GM CHUCK MAYLIN. “He will be a lively presence at community gatherings and sporting events – especially when making appearances with fellow mascots like LINCOLN and WEBBLY at (junior hockey) SILVERTIPS and (minor league baseball) AQUASOX games.”
