Former CEO Jim Berk Returns To PodcastOne As Board Member

Former PODCASTONE CEO JIM BERK has returned to the company as a member of its Board of Directors. BERK is a former PARTICIPANT MEDIA and HARD ROCK CAFE INTERNATIONAL CEO , currently Chairman/CEO of GOODMAN MEDIA PARTNERS and served as PODCASTONE's CEO in 2016-18 before the company's sale to current owner LIVEONE (formerly LIVEXLIVE) in 2020. LIVEONE announced its intention in 2022 to spin off PODCASTONE as a separate company.
