Singer RICK ASTLEY has sued rapper YUNG GRAVY over the use of an ASTLEY sound-alike of ASTLEY's 1987 song, "Never Gonna Give You Up" on the YUNG GRAVY song from 2022, "Betty (Get Money)". Also named is the singer, NICK SEELEY.
The instrumental of "Never Gonna Give You Up" was licensed by YUNG GRAVY but not the vocal.
