COX MEDIA GROUP R&B WCFB (STAR 94.5)/ORLANDO APD JAY HICKS is adding APD duties for sister Urban WJGL-HD2-W291CI (POWER 106.1)/JACKSONVILLE. HICKS will continue his STAR 94.5 duties and will remain based at that station.
