Endurance Music Group Promotes Courtney Kruckeberg To Creative Dir. And Adds Farrell Gothers As Royalty Analyst

ENDURANCE MUSIC GROUP (EMG) has promoted COURTNEY KRUCKEBERG from Creative Mgr. to Creative Dir. and added FARRELL GOTHERS to the administrative team as Royalty Analyst, a newly-created role.

KRUCKEBERG joined EMG in 2020, and is responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the company’s roster of hit songwriters, including ASH BOWERS, CLINT LAGERBERG and PAUL SIKES, as well as producer SETH ALLEY, indie pop artist NATALIE MADIGAN, and emerging Country artist-writer JOHNNY DAILEY. She is also responsible for pitching songs from EMG’s current and back catalog, along with arranging sync co-writes and managing the company’s relationships with its sync partners.

GOTHERS, a recent BELMONT UNIVERSITY graduate, will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate royalty payments for all of ENDURANCE’s songwriters, as well as its independent administration clients.
