NPR To Offer Bilingual Coverage Of State Of The Union Address

English and Spanish Coverage

NPR will offer bilingual coverage of President BIDEN's State of the Union address this year for the first time.

English-language coverage will be hosted by "ALL THINGS CONSIDERED"'s ARI SHAPIRO, joined by panelists MARA LIASSON, SCOTT DETROW, SCOTT HORSLEY, and MICHELLE KELEMEN, while the bilingual version will be hosted by "MORNING EDITION" co-host A MARTINEZ with a panel featuring FRANCO ORODONEZ, CLAUDIA GRISALES, EYDER PERALTA, and SERGIO MARTINEZ-BELTRÁN. Coverage will air 9-11:30p (ET) next TUESDAY (2/7) on NPR affiliates and NPR.org, the latter also featuring video, blog posts, and fact checking.
