SAGA COMMUNICATIONS has created the position of Dir./E-Commerce, and hired ANDREW SCHULZE, who is leaving INCENTREV where he was SVP.

SAGA SVP/Operations WAYNE LELAND said, “Our goal is to provide another advertising avenue for our clients and a revenue stream for the market, one that complements our core business being Radio.
