EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is selling Spanish Religion KNVM (RADIO NUEVA VIDA)/PRUNEDALE, CA and K208GE/MONTEREY, CA to NATURAL BRIDGES MEDIA for $375,000. The buyer operates Variety KSQD (90.7 K-SQUID)/SANTA CRUZ, CA.

In other filings with the FCC, ROCKING M MEDIA/ROCKING M MEDIA WICHITA, LLC/ROCKING M RADIO, INC./MELIA COMMUNICATIONS, INC is selling News-Talk KKLE-A/WINFIELD, KS; Adult Hits KWME and Adult Hits KLEY-A-K262CQ (THE WAVE)/WELLINGTON, KS; Oldies KSMM-A (SUPERHITS)/LIBERAL, KS; Classic Country KMMM-A/PRATT, KS; Adult Hits KIBB/HAVEN, KS; and Adult Hits KVWF/AUGUSTA, KS to MY TOWN MEDIA INC. for $1,335,257.17 in a deal previously approved by Bankruptcy Court.

And GARY ROBINSON is transferring K288DL/BIG PINE, CA and K285CP/MAMMOTH LAKES, CA to SHELLIE WOODS for no consideration.

The Commission also dismissed GERALD PARKS' Petition for Reconsideration of the cancellation of the license of WEKC-A/WILLIAMSBURG, KY.
