Hee Haw, Brutus?

Rock radio veteran personality and HARDRIVE host LOU BRUTUS adds co-creator of the first Cow Punk Rock Opera to his list of credits. The album by DASH RIP ROCK entitled "HEE HAW HELL" is based on DANTE's "DIVINE COMEDY." It features lyrics as well as cameo voice work by BRUTUS. It is a true collaborative effort built around the song "HEE HAW HELL" that BRUTUS wrote and sent to the band, later suggesting they work on a full "opera" based on DANTE's work.

The album is available now on seminal punk label ALTERNATIVE TENTACLES. The band will tour through the rest of the year, and BRUTUS will be a part of special shows in NEW YORK and WASHINGTON, DC where the opera will be performed in its entirety.
