Report: Students Are Settling RIAA Piracy Cases

RIAA spokesman JONATHAN LAMY tells BUSINESS WEEK that the association has reached 116 settlements from the first-round of 400 "pre-litigation" letters it sent to universities over online music piracy on school computer networks.
