Who's Buying What

SHERANDAN BROADCASTING COMPANY INC. is selling Southern Gospel WLCK-A and Country WVLE (RADIO 99)/SCOTTSVILLE (near BOWLING GREEN), KY to DARRIN and MELISSA EVANS' SKYTOWER COMMUNICATIONS GROUP LLC for $800,000 ($135,000 cash, the rest in a promissory note). The buyers have an interest in Country WGGC/BOWLING GREEN.

In other deals filed with the FCC, MBC GRAND BROADCASTING INC. is selling FM translator K271BA/RIFLE, CO to PROFESSIONAL ANTENNA, TOWER AND TRANSLATOR SERVICE (PATTS) for $135.

And MARQUEE BROADCASTING INC. is selling the construction permit for a new FM in HOLUALOA, HI to SCOTT D. PARKER's PARROTT BROADCASTING for $356,250. PARKER recently filed to buy silent KHWI/HILO, HI as well.
