The merger of WAITT MEDIA and NEWRADIO GROUP, LLC to form NRG MEDIA, LLC has been completed. The previously announced merger gives the new entity 88 stations in seven Midwestern states; NEWRADIO GROUP's MARY QUASS is CEO of the merged company.
