GENEX COMMUNICATIONS is asking for the right to appeal the loss of its license for French Alternative CHOI (RADIO X)/QUEBEC CITY to the Canadian Supreme Court. The CRTC denied GENEX' license renewal last year due to material broadcast on former morning host JEFF FILLION's show; the station remains on the air while the appeals process continues.
