CITADEL Country WXTA/ERIE, PA PD FRED HORTON has exited. No word on where the veteran PD is headed at this point but ALL ACCESS will keep you posted.
HORTON has programmed WGNA/ALBANY, WBEE/ROCHESTER, WGKX/MEMPHIS and WDRC/HARTFORD, to name just a few. CITADEL/ERIE OM ADAM REESE is handling programming duties for WXTA while a permanent replacement is sought.
