CLEAR CHANNEL Urban WMIB (103.5-THE BEAT)/MIAMI PD DION SUMMERS has selected NATALIE JONES as the station's new promotions director. JONES replaces LORI HALL, who exited earlier this year. JONES was Promotions Director for RADIO ONE Rhythnmic KBXX (THE BOX)/HOUSTON. She begins her new duties next MONDAY (11/7).
