WESTWOOD ONE third quarter 2005 revenue fell 4.6% to $134.9 million, attributed to the absence of revenues from OLYMPICS programming that aired in 2004. Operating income was flat at $40.4 million, with net income off 6% to $21.8 million (per share flat at 24 cents/share).
The company will pay a 10 cents/share dividend to be paid on NOVEMBER 30 to shareholders of record as of NOVEMBER 18. WESTWOOD ONE expects low single digit revenue growth for fourth quarter.
