Former "Connection" Host Gets New Show

Former WBUR/BOSTON "THE CONNECTION" host DICK GORDON is joining noncommercial WUNC/CHAPEL HILL, NC for a nationally distributed public radio talk show to launch early next year. GORDON was the last host of "THE CONNECTION," which WBUR cancelled last SUMMER. The new show will be an hour long; GORDON comes aboard at WUNC in DECEMBER for some dry runs with the show starting some national distribution by early 2006.
