Sony BMG Commercial Music Group Makes Business & Legal Affairs Moves

SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT's Commercial Music Group (CMG) today announced a series of appointments in its newly formed Business and Legal Affairs department. CHUCK FLECKENSTEIN AND GIL ARONOW have both been named Sr. VP, reporting to CMG Exec. VP DANNY WYNN and SONY BMG Exec. VP/Chief Business & Legal Affairs Officer RON WILCOX. FLECKENSTEIN was previously VP/Business Affairs for SONY BMG, while ARONOW was VP/Senior Transactional Counsel in the SONY BMG Law Department.
In addition, NATALIE MARGULIES and TARA BRUH have each been named to the post of Director, and JEFFREY SCHULBERG has been appointed Associate Director. They will report to FLECKENSTEIN. MARGULIES and BRUH both most recently served as Litigation Counsel in the Law Department; SCHULBERG was Associate Dir./Business & Legal Affairs for SONY BMG.
"The formation of this department will provide the CMG with the support we need to effectively manage our day-to-day business and aggressively pursue new opportunities that will ensure our long-term growth and success," WYNN said. "JOHN INGRASSIA and I are extremely pleased at the caliber of the Business and Legal Affairs people who have joined the CMG endeavor, and we look forward to working closely with them as we continue to build our operations."
