Former SCOTTISH RADIO HOLDINGS sales exec PHIL QUARTLY is joining UTV RADIO as Commercial Director, effective in JANUARY. MEDIA BULLETIN reports that UTV bought the WIRELESS GROUP's UK stations in JUNE and is launching U105/BELFAST on NOVEMBER 14 and TALK 107/EDINBURGH on FEBRUARY 14.
