CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WLAN/LANCASTER, PA APD/night ace B-ROCK has been named PD at CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40/Rhythmic WBVD (95.1 THE BEAT)/MELBOURNE, FL, replacing BOOKER, who recently stepped down to return to MILLCREEK Top 40/Rhythmic KUUU (U92)/SALT LAKE CITY (see story below).
