GOTV NETWORKS and ALLTEL WIRELESS have launched two music television channels -- HIP HOP OFFICIAL and ALTITUDE. "HIP HOP OFFICIAL will bring ALLTEL customers what's hot in the world of hip-hop, from the latest news to exclusive interviews with some of today's most influential artists," said Exec.
