  Hell may have frozen over with the news that CBS Sports WIP-A/PHILADELPHIA's morning show will be visited MONDAY morning by PHILADELPHIA EAGLES quarterback DONOVAN MCNABB, a favorite verbal punching bag of host ANGELO CATALDI since the day MCNABB's drafting by the EAGLES was greeted by boos from CATALDI's "DIRTY 30" fan contingent at the NFL DRAFT.
  The interview was arranged by co-host RHEA HUGHES late WEDNESDAY night; MCNABB is promoting his upcoming celebrity charity golf tournament and online auction.
