Talk Host Arrested On Murder Charge

Talk KLIK-A/JEFFERSON CITY, MO "PARTY LINE" midday host JAMES KEOWN has been arrested and charged with the murder of his wife. 

KEOWN was arrested at the station MONDAY morning and charged with the death of JULIE KEOWN by poisoning in SEPTEMBER 2004 after being indicted on a murder charge by a MIDDLESEX COUNTY, MA grand jury. KEOWN will be returning to MASSACHUSETTS later in the week to face the charges, which allege that he poisoned his wife over a period of time by spiking her drinks with ethylene glycol (anti-freeze).
