PRO-ACTIVE Top 40 KQQB/SPOKANE PD/afternooner STEVE "KEKE LUV" KICKLIGHTER has resigned and has accepted the PD duties at PEAK Top 40 KSAS/BOISE. Also exiting KQQB is morning man DICK ON THE RADIO, who heads to KSAS as well.
