WWNU Helps Local Schools

DOUBLE O RADIO Country WWNU/COLUMBIA, SC PD RICK TAYLOR tells ALL ACCESS about a very cool community promotion that the station did. The city of LEXINGTON, SC, a suburb of COLUMBIA, needed money to install security cameras in the LEXINGTON Middle School.

WWNU came to the rescue with $72,000 raised for the cause, $4,000 more than needed. The money was raised with a concert by JAMIE O'NEAL and MARK WILLS.
