Limbaugh Hearing To Go On As Scheduled

A hearing in RUSH LIMBAUGH's medical records case set for TUESDAY will go on as scheduled after a judge denied the PREMIERE host's attorneys' request for a postponement. The lawyers asked for the delay because the lack of power at their offices post-WILMA had hurt their ability to work; the hearing before PALM BEACH Circuit Judge DAVID CROW will involve LIMBAUGH's attorneys' motion for contempt against the state, asking the judge to have the state disclose the source of an alleged leak of the host's medical records. 

For its part, the state will again request that its attorneys be allowed to interview LIMBAUGH's doctors and their staffers; a previous ruling said that the state could not do so without first notifing LIMBAUGH.
