Add Urban WPBH (93.5 THE BEAT)/PORT ST. JOE-PANAMA CITY, FL to the list of CLEAR CHANNEL stations being put into the ALOHA STATION TRUST. The addition of WPBH to the trust was disclosed in a filing with the FCC accepted for filing on WEDNESDAY (6/27).

In other deals filed with the FCC, CHRIS DEVINE and BRUCE BUZIL's LAKESHORE MEDIA LLC is selling Classic Country KHIL-A and Adult Hits KWCX-F (X WAVE)/WILLCOX, AZ to KZLZ, INC. (TODD ROBINSON, VICTOR MICHAEL, RONALD CAMERON, and TED SNYDER) for $900,000 (including the cancellation of a $400,000 promissory note and $500,000 cash) plus 33% of the value of an upgraded-into-TUCSON KWCX.

And PROVIDENT BROADCASTING CO. INC. is selling WFDR-A/MANCHESTER, GA to PLOENER RADIO GROUP LLC for $75,000 cash. WFDR presently simulcasts Contemporary Christian WVFJ (J-93.3)/ATLANTA. The buyer holds a construction permit for a new FM in WOODBURY, GA and owns a derivative 24.5% interest in WIGO-A/MORROW, GA-ATLANTA.
