  The CRTC has approved the application of LARCHE COMMUNICATIONS for a new FM in SUDBURY, ON. LARCHE will operate a Country station at 91.7 FM with 50,000 watts. Its application beat out competing applications from CONNELLY COMMUNICATIONS CORP., HALIBURTON BROADCASTING GROUP, JOCO COMMUNICATIONS, NEWCAP, and WILLIAM WRIGHTSELL for new FMs in the market.
