FCC FM Auction 62: 253 Qualified, 81 Incomplete, 5 Out

The FCC says that 253 applications to participate in FM Auction 62 have been accepted, with 81 deemed incomplete and 5 rejected outright. The participants have until DECEMBER 2 to get their upfront payments in (and, in the case of incomplete applications, resubmit their applications) to qualify; the auction is set to start on JANUARY 12.
