CRAWFORD BROADCASTING Christian WPTR/ALBANY, NY morning man GARY McELYEA has been promoted to PD effective immediately. Concurrently, former WZMR afternoon host PETER KAYE has been tapped for afternoons on WPTR. KAYE will be in house and on air late next week.
