  TRIBUNE BROADCASTING has upped Regional VP JOHN REARDON to President and CEO. overseeing the company's only radio property, Talk WGN-A/CHICAGO, as well as 26 TV stations, WGN SUPERSTATION, and TRIBUNE ENTERTAINMENT.
  REARDON, the former GM of WB affiliate KTLA (TV)/LOS ANGELES, replaces PATRICK MULLEN. In addition, the company has upped Regional VP and former WGN-TV/CHICAGO GM JOHN VITANOVEC to Executive VP; both REARDON and VITANOVEC will report to TRIBUNE CO. Chairman/CEO DENNIS FITZSIMONS.
