IDJMG Sr. VP/Crossover Promotion RICK SACKHEIM has brought KEVIN "CHIXO" GIBBS back to the company to promote its music to Crossover stations in the SOUTHEAST and SOUTHWEST, based out of DALLAS. GIBBS was most recently part of the now-shuttered DEF CON II division.
