WAYNE HAGIN is out after three seasons and JOHN ROONEY is in as radio play-by-play voice of the ST. LOUIS CARDINALS as the team moves from longtime home KMOX-A to its own KTRS-A for the 2006 season. The news, first reported by the ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH's DAN CAESAR in FRIDAY's editions, is being announced at a press conference FRIDAY afternoon. ROONEY joins the CARDS from the CHICAGO WHITE SOX, where he served as the team's voice for several seasons including 2005's World Championship season.
