Knight Out At Sunny 95

After over a decade, SAGA COMMUNICATIONS AC WSNY (SUNNY 95)/COLUMBUS, OH PD CHUCK KNIGHT exits. EVP/Programming STEVE GOLDSTEIN will handle day-to-day operations until a replacement can be found.

Under KNIGHT's direction, SUNNY 95 won various local, state, regional and national awards for its AC programming and its successful morning show. The station also raised over $2 million for COLUMBUS CHILDREN's HOSPITAL during his tenure.

KNIGHT told ALL ACCESS, "It's been an honor to program this great heritage radio station for the past 11 years. I believe this is a good time for SUNNY 95 to bring in someone with a fresh perspective. At the same time, this will allow me the opportunity to to recharge and rejuventate for the first time in 30 years as I decide what I will do next."
