POINTS EAGLE RADIO INC. receives CRTC approval for a Type B Native FM station with English and Aboriginal programming at SARNIA, ON. The station would use 3,400 watts at 103.3 FM and would mostly simulcast POINTS EAGLE's CKTI/KETTLE POINT, ON with six-and-a-half hours of SARNIA-specific programming each week.
