  The CBC's CBCT-F/CHARLOTTETOWN, PEI gets FCC approval to add a transmitter in ELMIRA, PEI to rebroadcast the station's CBC RADIO ONE programming. The new transmitter will operate with 940 watts at 92.3 FM, reaching PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND's eastern tip.
