ENTERCOM/NEW ORLEANS VP and Market Manager PHIL HOOVER has been named VP and Market Manager for the company's INDIANAPOLIS cluster, which includes Adult Hits WNTR, Modern AC WZPL, and News/Talk WXNT-A. HOOVER had served the company in NEW ORLEANS since JUNE 2001, and first joined ENTERCOM in 2000 as VP and Market Manager of the WILKES-BARRE/SCRANTON cluster.
