MUSIC CHOICE will celebrate the release of MADONNA's new album "Confessions on a Dance Floor" tomorrow (11/15) with a 24-hour "All MADONNA All Day Music Marathon" on the MUSIC CHOICE Dance channel. Beginning at Midnight, MUSIC CHOICE will play a collection of Madonna's up-tempo hits, remixes, and rarities, while also premiering music from her new album. Music Choice will also complement the audio with on-screen MADONNA facts and trivia.
