WIBC/Indy Listener Credited With Spotting Fugitive

EMMIS Talk WIBC-A/INDIANAPOLIS is reporting that it was a truck driver listening to WIBC that spotted fugitive alleged double-murderer DAVID LUDWIG and his 14 year old girlfriend KARA BETH BORDEN, leading to LUDWIG's arrest. The station reports that a truck driver saw the VW Jetta described in a WIBC report near INDIANAPOLIS and called police, who arrested LUDWIG after a brief pursuit. LUDWIG, 18, is accused of murdering BORDEN's parents in WARWICK TWP., PA SUNDAY and may have abducted the daughter, who was with LUDWIG at the time of his arrest.
