RED ALERT and CHUCK CHILLOUT, two of the best-known names in NEW YORK hip-hop and Rhythmic radio, are returning to EMMIS Urban AC WRKS (KISS 98.7 FM)/NEW YORK, reports DAVID HINKLEY in the NY DAILY NEWS..

RED ALERT, who's lately been at CLEAR CHANNEL Urban WWPR (POWER 105.1 FM), will do his dance show FRIDAYS, 10p-midnight. CHUCK CHILLOUT will do his "SATURDAY Night House Party" on SATURDAYS, 10 p-midnight.
