PEREZ MEDIA GROUP has flipped Spanish KCZZ-A/KANSAS CITY from Regional Mexican to a Spanish Top 40 format as "RADIO ACKTIVO," reports the KANSAS CITY STAR The Regional Mexican format is planned for KCKN-A, presently Comedy but scheduled to flip soon as KDTD-A, using the syndicated "LA GRAN D" format.
