NRG Sells 3 To Magnum, 4 To Armada

MAGNUM RADIO GROUP is buying Country WNFM and AC-Sports WRDB-A (STAR 1400)/REEDSBURG, WI and AC WBDL (B 102)/BARABOO, WI from NRG MEDIA for an undicslosed price. MAGNUM owns three other stations in the market. KALIL AND CO. served as exclusive broker for the deal.

NRG is also selling four NEBRASKA stations to ARMADA MEDIA CORP. for $4.5 million. The deal includes Talk KODY-A and Country KXNP (KX-104)/NORTH PLATTE and Oldies KUVR-A (SUPER HITS 1380) and Adult Hits KMTY (BOB FM)/HOLDREDGE. KALIL AND CO. represented NRG in the deal, while AMERICAN MEDIA SERVICES represented ARMADA.
