As tipped on ALL ACCESS (NET NEWS 8/31), Rock WFBX (94.5 THE FOX)/PANAMA CITY is ending its "all BOB AND TOM" stunt and flipping to Talk as WFLF-F (94.5 WFLA). 

The lineup includes PREMIERE's RUSH LIMBAUGH moving from crosstown WLTG-A), regionally syndicated afternooner TODD SCHNITT, WESTWOOD ONE's DENNIS MILLER, and the syndicated MIKE MCCONNELL and RICK AND BUBBA shows, as well as PREMIERE's BOB AND TOM, who contiinue to occupy mornings.
