Sirius Launches 'Sports Central'

SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO has added a new sports talk channel, SIRIUS SPORTS CENTRAL, on channel 123, featuring SPORTING NEWS RADIO's TONY BRUNO, ARNIE SPANIER, TODD WRIGHT, and DAVID STEIN. 

The channel will also fill the weekdays 1-3p ET slot with weekly shows including the existing BRANDON STEINER show on MONDAYS, a boxing/mixed martial arts show ("SIRIUS FIGHT CLUB") with RANDY GORDON on TUESDAYS, the SIRIUS College Football Coaches Show with TERRY BOWDEN and JACK ARUTE on WEDNESDAYS, "SIRIUS PRESENTS THE ABCS OF SPORTS" with author SCOTT LANCASTER on THURSDAYS, and the "FANTOO GIRLS" (CAROL DOROBA and ROBIN MCCONAUGHEY) on FRIDAYS. 

Continuing on the channel are existing SIRIUS shows including the 3-6p ET MIKE YAM and BRUCE MURRAY show, and "RIVALS RADIO" 6-9a weekdays.
