CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WIHT (Hot 99-5)/WASHINGTON DC morning man KANE found the time to do the afternoon shift at sister Top 40 WAEV (97-3 KISS FM)/SAVANNAH for PD RUSS. Now RUSS is paying it forward of sorts, doing weekends/swing for sister Top 40 WFKS (97-9 KISS FM)/JACKSONVILLE. RUSS is available for voicetracking other stations on the Clear Channel network, too.
