MY DAMN CHANNEL, the venture of former CBS RADIO Pres./Programming ROB BARNETT, has entered into a content partnership with MYSPACE. MY DAMN CHANNEL content will be available for the MYSPACE community and MYSPACETV viewers on a dedicated video channel at www.myspace.com/MyDamnChannel.

The new branded channel will feature original content from comedian/political satirist HARRY SHEARER ("THE SIMPSONS," "THIS IS SPINAL TAP"); renowned music producer DON WAS (THE ROLLING STONES, BOB DYLAN) and others.

"Our MYSPACE partnership adds broader exposure and more revenue opportunities for our artists," said BARNETT. "We're signing more talent and launching new original channels including 'Hot Mental Freedom,' an interactive platform for user-generated content and the ANDY MILONAKIS channel, giving viewers a warped vacation from reality."
