  UNIVISION Regional Programmer and Top 40/Rhythmic KBBT/SAN ANTONIO PD CINDY HILL takes over PD reins at UNIVISION Top 40/Rhythmic KPTY (PARTY 104.9)/HOUSTON on OCTOBER 1st. HILL has been overseeing the station and the search for a new PD.
