Santos Loses Miami Mayoral Bid

SBS Spanish Top 40 WXDJ (EL ZOL 95.7)/MIAMI morning co-host ENRIQUE SANTOS won't be changing his job after all: the radio personality lost his bid for Mayor of MIAMI in the delayed election on TUESDAY (11/15), finishing a distant second to incumbent MANNY DIAZ. DIAZ received 65% of the vote, with SANTOS getting 26% in a WILMA-delayed election that drew a very light turnout.
