Clayton Allen Joins KOUL, Brings Some KAJA Folks Along

TEJAS BROADCASTING Country KOUL/CORPUS CHRISTI, TX Market Manager KENT COOPER has announced that former KAJA/SAN ANTONIO PD/morning personality CLAYTON ALLEN will be taking over as PD. "We can finally put the rumors to rest; CLAYTON has joined the KOUL team," said COOPER.

CLAYTON will take over programming duties at KOUL on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 17th, and will also handle afternoons.

Also coming aboard on MONDAY will be ALLEN's old morning show partner, CHARLIE McKAY, who will take over middays. McKAY replaces LARRY THE RADIO GUY who jumps to sister station KLTG as LARRY GARCIA.  Also, former KAJA Promo Dir. MARC MUJICA will join as Marketing and Promotions Director for the entire cluster. In addition to KOUL, the cluster consists of Regional Mexican KMJR and Tejano KLHB.
